Where are you located?
Salon Twenty Three, 127 South Northwest Highway, Park Ridge, IL 60068. There's street parking out front and a large lot behind the building between North Washington Avenue and Touhy Avenue.
Will extensions damage my hair?
When installed and maintained properly, no. I use a lightweight beaded row method designed to support both hair and scalp health, and I'll show you exactly how to care for it.
Are the extensions real hair?
Yes. I use 100% human hair, sourced for quality and ethical standards, and custom matched to your color and texture.
How long does the hair last?
With proper care, typically 6 to 12 months or longer. Brunette hair tends to last longer than lighter shades.
How often will I need maintenance?
Most guests come in every 6 weeks, and some can stretch to 7 or 8. We'll set a schedule that works for your hair and lifestyle.
What if I need to change my appointment?
Please give at least 24 hours notice. You can adjust your appointment through online booking, by contacting the salon, or by email.
